About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Executive / Senior Executive to join our Project Planning & Execution team. This role focuses on enhancing Buy/Sell planning operations through system automation, troubleshooting, reporting, and process improvement. You will be part of a team dedicated to achieving higher efficiency and performance through digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot application and system issues effectively.
  • Generate, analyze, and maintain operational reports.
  • Act as an expert in Business Operating Systems and Automation Solutions design.
  • Provide innovative solutions to improve business operations and productivity.
  • Participate in global enhancement discussions with overseas teams.
  • Lead and support the operations team to achieve effective and efficient performance.
  • Develop and maintain automation tools and systems (RPA, Power Automate, etc.).
  • Conduct system monitoring, error handling, and master data maintenance.
  • Implement PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles for continuous improvement.
  • Research and recommend new tools and technologies to support business needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in application support and system troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
  • Excellent planning and reporting capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as:
  • RPA (UiPath)
  • Power Automate
  • Power BI
  • Knowledge in solution design architecture and IT support solutions.
  • Proficient in English and Malay, both written and spoken.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM3,800.00 per month
