Sales Designer - Sungai Buloh

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation:
  • Meet clients to understand their needs, budget, and preferences.
  • Visit sites and offer design advice.
  • Provide tailored design recommendations.
  • Design Creation:
  • Create 2D/3D designs using software (Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, SketchUp).
  • Develop floor plans and layouts.
  • Choose materials, finishes, and colors.
  • Sales & Product Knowledge:
  • Present design ideas and product options to clients.
  • Recommend furniture and cabinetry solutions.
  • Ensure products meet customer needs and design goals.
  • Project Management:
  • Coordinate the design process and follow up with clients.
  • Work with teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Customer Service:
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Address client queries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting:
  • Meet sales goals and maintain accurate records.
  • Report progress to management.
  • Market & Industry Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on design trends and new products.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in design sales (preferably in cabinetry).
  • Proficiency in design software (Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, SketchUp).
  • Strong knowledge of furniture design, kitchen cabinetry systems, and trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
