About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to support our mortgage operations, assist in client management, and help drive lending activities. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of mortgage products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:


•Assist in managing day-to-day mortgage processing and operational tasks


•Support client inquiries and guide them through mortgage application and approval procedures


•Coordinate with lenders, underwriters, and internal departments


•Review and verify loan documentation for accuracy and compliance


•Track loan progress and ensure timely processing


•Prepare reports for management and assist in strategic planning


•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of interest rates, lending rules, and mortgage regulations


•Handle client communications, ensuring a professional and customer-focused experience

Requirements:


•Previous experience in mortgage, banking, financial services, or real estate


•Strong understanding of mortgage products and lending processes


•Excellent organizational and administrative abilities


•Strong interpersonal and communication skills


•Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines


•Experience with CRM or mortgage processing software (preferred)


•High attention to detail and accuracy
