About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Executive to join our team in Ipoh. This role focuses primarily on planning and executing marketing events, roadshows, and promotional activities, supporting brand-building and consumer engagement for our health and nutrition products.


What you'll be doing
  1. Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, roadshows, and promotional activities.
  2. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
  3. Prepare and manage event-related marketing materials (banners, brochures, signage, sampling tools, etc).
  4. Conduct market checks to support event planning.
  5. Support general marketing operations and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

What we're looking for
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; positive, hands-on attitude.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Enjoys event coordination, meeting people, and on-the-ground execution.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
  • Must be willing to work full-time in Ipoh and travel occasionally for events.
