岗位职责 / Job Description

根据公司管理要求,负责销售渠道的开发与维护,监控代理销售进度,调整分销政策,提升渠道销售业绩,确保完成销售目标。

Responsible for developing sales channels, monitoring sales progress of agents, adjusting distribution policies, and improving channel performance to achieve overall sales targets.

主要工作内容 / Key Responsibilities:

1.完成总部下达的销售任务,在降低销售成本的前提下实现销售目标;

Achieve sales targets assigned by headquarters while reducing sales costs;

2.建立核心客户数据库,定期拜访客户,维护良好的合作关系;

Build and maintain a core customer database, conduct regular visits, and maintain strong relationships with partners;

3.协助销售经理制定各销售季代理商及机构客户销售政策;

Assist the Sales Manager in formulating sales policies for channel agents and institutional clients for each sales season;

4.跟踪市场变化及竞争对手动态,及时调整销售策略;

Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and adjust sales policies accordingly;

5.管理辖区内实体代理和网络代理,实时更新和发布航司促销产品与政策;

Manage both physical and online agents within the jurisdiction, and update/promote airline products and policies in real time;

6.寻找具备潜在华人客源的代理,完成洽谈、签约及相关合作工作;

Identify agents with access to potential Chinese customers, conduct negotiations, and finalize cooperation agreements;

7.代表公司参与市场推广及品牌活动;

Organize and participate in event marketing and brand promotion activities on behalf of the company;

8.如公司代表指派,协助机场现场航班运行保障;

Provide on-site flight operation support at the airport if assigned by the Representative of the Representative Office;

9.能够适应多任务及灵活工作安排,能接受周末、夜间及必要的加班工作;

Handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities, including weekend, evening, and overtime work as required;

10.协助处理客票相关事务(培训后上岗);

Assist with ticketing-related matters (after training);

11.完成代表处负责人安排的其他工作。

Perform other duties as assigned by the Representative of the Representative Office.
