岗位职责 / Job Description

根据公司管理要求,负责开拓销售渠道,监控代理销售业绩,制定和调整分销政策,提升渠道销售能力,并最终实现销售目标。具体内容如下:In accordance with company management requirements, the role entails developing sales channels, monitoring agency sales performance, formulating and adjusting distribution policies, enhancing channel sales capabilities, and ultimately achieving sales targets.

1.完成总部下达的销售任务,并在成本控制要求下推进销售工作;(Complete the sales tasks assigned by headquarters under sales cost reduction targets;)

2.建立核心渠道客户数据库,定期拜访客户并维护良好合作关系;(Develop a core channel customer database, visit customers regularly, and maintain good cooperative relationships;)

3.配合销售经理制定各销售季渠道代理及机构客户的销售政策;(Cooperate with the sales manager to develop sales policies for channel agents and institutional customers in each sales season;)

4.密切关注竞争市场动态,制定机构客户与代理商相关政策;(Keep an eye on competitor market changes and develop policies for institutional clients and agents;)

5.管理辖区内实体代理与网络代理,及时更新并发布区域航司推广产品与政策(Manage physical and online agents within the jurisdiction and update and issue regional airline promotional products and policies in real time;)

6.代表公司开展活动营销及品牌推广工作;(Conduct event marketing and brand promotion on behalf of the company;)

7.完成代表处经理交办的其他相关工作。(Complete any other tasks assigned by the manager of the Rep Office.)

岗位职责 / Job Description

该岗位负责吉隆坡航班的地面服务管理与运行协调工作,确保航班运行安全、服务顺畅。(The position is responsible for managing ground service agents and overseeing overall ground handling operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and service quality)

主要工作内容 / Key Responsibilities:

1.管理地面服务代理:监督并协调地服代理的工作,确保运行高效顺畅;(Manage ground service agents: supervise and coordinate activities to ensure efficient and smooth operations;)

2.建立并维护合作关系:与海关、移民局及其他航空公司保持良好沟通与协作;(Establish and maintain relationships with customs, immigration, and other airlines to facilitate cooperation.)

3.监控值机与登机环节:确保值机、登机过程符合安全与服务标准;(Monitor check-in and boarding operations to ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.)

4.处理旅客投诉:及时、专业地处理旅客投诉,提升旅客满意度;(Handle passenger complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.)

5.管理不正常航班补偿事宜(包括不正常行李):按照公司政策受理旅客补偿申请;(Manage compensation claims(irregular bags handling included) in compliance with company regulations.)

6.监督地服供应商与其他外包单位的服务质量:定期检查并改进服务水平;(Monitor and assess performance of ground service providers and suppliers to maintain service standards.)

7.负责机组后勤保障:协调机组交通、餐饮及住宿安排,确保航班运行顺畅;(Coordinate out station management crew including transportation, catering, and accommodation to ensure smooth operations.)

8.负责地面辅营收入监控及相关管理工作:跟进地面销售、升舱、行李超限费及其他辅营收入,确保账务准确合规;(Monitor and manage ground ancillary revenue activities, including upgrade、excess baggage fees and other ground sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance.)

9.完成上级交办的其他工作任务。(Undertake additional tasks as assigned by HD & Representative Office.)
