Role Purpose(s)
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes in partnership with an outsourced payroll vendor to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations. This position supports the full employee lifecycle from a payroll perspective, maintains statutory compliance, resolves payroll-related issues, and contributes to continuous improvement of payroll efficiency and controls.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
•Coordinate with outsourced payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
•Consolidate and validate monthly payroll inputs (new hires, resignations, salary changes, bonuses, etc.).
•Review payroll reports and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
•Prepare and submit statutory filings in collaboration with the vendor.
•Support employee lifecycle events (onboarding, offboarding, tax clearance) from a payroll perspective.
•Handle employee payroll-related queries and resolve issues promptly.
•Assist with audits, payroll reconciliations, and reporting.
•Monitor vendor performance and support process improvements.
•Other payroll related duties assigned.

•Require at least 2 years of experience in payroll.
