Role Description

At , product partnerships power our innovation and expansion. We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Product Partnership Manager to strengthen strategic relationships with key partners like Meta and TikTok — enabling new features, integrations, and joint programs that elevate our platform and ecosystem.

You'll act as the bridge between and our product partners, aligning strategy, execution, and communication across teams. This role is ideal for a strong communicator who combines relationship management, analytical thinking, and product acumen to drive impact through partner collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between and product partners, ensuring strong communication, alignment, and relationship growth.
  • Analyze and share partner updates, programs, and opportunities, advising on their strategic and technical relevance.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute partner-driven product initiatives, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Own and manage partnership projects end-to-end — from planning and execution to reporting and iteration.
  • Establish and improve collaboration and escalation frameworks for seamless partner communication and operational transparency.
  • Escalate and follow through on technical or user-related issues with partners, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support contract and agreement reviews with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance.
  • Compile and present partner feedback, data insights, and performance metrics to inform strategy and product priorities.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and partnership decks to communicate achievements, insights, and proposals.
  • Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape and execute long-term partnership strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Product Partnerships, Relationship Management, or Business Analysis within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of product management and SaaS integration models.
  • Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and platform integrations, and ability to interpret technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and storytelling, with experience turning insights into executive recommendations.
  • Proven ability to nurture and manage partnerships, balancing strategic and operational priorities.
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills across multiple stakeholders and departments.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with good business judgment and problem-solving ability.
  • Comfortable leading through influence and driving initiatives in fast-paced environments.
