Responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records across all locations while supporting full set accounting functions. Ensures inventory accuracy, timely financial and operational reporting, and effective coordination with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to support overall business efficiency and compliance.


Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

  • Conduct monthly stock checks at all locations and prepare accurate monthly inventory reports.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify usage patterns, discrepancies, and stock trends.
  • Maintain and update inventory records in the system to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure physical stock quantity matches the system records through regular verification and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure stock arrival, availability, and proper documentation.
  • Assist in stock transfers between locations and perform on-site stock verification when required.
  • Participate in quarterly and annual stock counts to support audit and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and submit inventory-related documents to relevant internal departments.
  • Continuously improve inventory control processes to minimize stock variance and enhance efficiency.
  • Perform other inventory-related duties as assigned by the superior.

Finance & Accounting

  • Ensure all inventory transactions are properly recorded and reconciled in the accounting system.
  • Assist in cost accounting and inventory valuation for monthly and year-end closing.
  • Monitor and verify supplier invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase orders.
  • Support audit processes by providing inventory and financial documentation when required.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company financial policies.
