Our client CJ Foods Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Trade Marketing Executive to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with brand goals and boost product visibility.
  • Channel Coordination: Work with sales teams to implement marketing plans across various channels, ensuring high standards in in-store execution.
  • Retailer & Distributor Engagement: Build strong relationships to maximize product placement and organize events to drive consumer engagement.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and sales data to inform marketing strategies and monitor campaign effectiveness.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee trade spending and promotional budgets, maintaining accurate records of account activity.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: A degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in sales planning and channel development under trade marketing or related field. Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners (retailers, distributors) in FMCG industry, particularly food & beverage sector with familiarity in retail environments and consumer behavior being an added advantage.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset and proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis.
  • Familiarity: Experience in retail environments and understanding of consumer behavior is essential.
