Outlet Manager – Lead Our Well-Established Spa in Mont Kiara

Our company provides award-winning massage treatments designed to offer customers a meaningful escape into healing and relaxation. We recognise the growing demand for a peaceful sanctuary amid the city's busy pace—an opportunity for clients to take a breather and indulge in quality wellness experiences.

We are looking for a dedicated Outlet Manager to oversee operations at our Mont Kiara branch and ensure the delivery of our high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-Day Operations Management

Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the spa while adhering to - company service and operational standards.

Team Management

Lead, supervise, and manage the spa concierge team and therapists, overseeing schedules and performance.

Handle Complaints

Address and resolve customer complaints across branches to maintain a consistent and positive experience.

Vendor Interaction

Coordinate with spa vendors to uphold quality and operational efficiency.

Sales Promotion

Drive sales of spa services and products, working towards achieving outlet sales targets.

Inventory Management

Keep accurate records of spa stocks and equipment, conducting regular inventory checks.

Equipment Maintenance

Ensure all spa and wellness equipment is maintained and fully operational.

Staff Training

Develop and deliver training programs, including hands-on training for new staff.

Group Sales and Events

Manage corporate events and group sales from customer communication to staff allocation and bookings.

Candidate Requirements:

- Fluent in English or Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

  • Minimum qualifications: SPM or Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent.

  • Friendly with a personable attitude and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Self-disciplined, committed, and proactive.

  • Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Pleasant and professional demeanour.

Remuneration & Benefits:

- Basic salary: RM 3,000 to RM 6,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

Working Hours:

Two weekdays off per week

Morning shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Afternoon shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

One-hour lunch break
