Position: Intern - Finance

School/Department: Finance

Main duties and responsibilities:

1) Responsible on all aspect of AR for University customer and student fee invoices, debit/credit notes, instalment plan and issuing of statement of accounts in line with financial and academic year plan.

2) Undertake any other assigned duties by the immediate superior or head of department.

Supervision received

The post reports to the Finance Manager.

Contact

The post holder will have frequent contact with staff in Malaysia.

Terms and conditions

This post is a temporary position, 6 months. The post is based in Iskandar Puteri, Malaysia.

Qualifications and skills

  • Good organisational skills including accuracy, numeracy, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload effectively when required.
  • High level of computer literacy, including MS Excel, MS Word, and network based email.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM RM800.00 per month
