What you'll be doing

  • Ensure the Master Production Schedule is full fill customer requirement and delivery
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize output.
  • Compile and present reports for management review.
  • Understanding customer requirement, detailed planning in both short-term & long term requirement.
  • Create and maintain a feasible production plan and closely work with operation team to achieve successful execution of the plan.
  • Work closely with production to ensure production meet on time delivery
  • Prioritize work orders and WIP (work in progress) status to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or material shortages and meet shipment deadline.
  • Track and report key planning metrics such as on-time delivery (OTD), schedule adherence, and inventory turnover.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, inventory management, and production efficiency.
  • Must understand the process flow for sheet metal fabrication / CNC machining processes.
  • To release Work Order & schedule to production and monitor production activities to meet delivery timelines.

What we're looking for

  • Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree in any field are encouraged to apply.

  • Candidates with significant experience in production planning but without a Diploma will also be considered.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience; experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage

  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with basic reporting tools
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
