We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and able to communicate well with both internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and planning support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and monitor job assignments for technical teams.
  • Handle communication professionally through phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, records, and data entry with high accuracy.
  • Assist with problem-solving and follow-up tasks to ensure timely job completion.
  • Manage workload effectively with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Degree in Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
