Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Science Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and assisting in governance-related activities to ensure smooth operations within the organization.

Who You'll Do: 

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data related to IT governance and prepare reports and presentations based on the data analysis.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Assist in the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports on IT governance activities and performance.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:: Participate in meetings and provide support to IT governance committees and working groups.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, workshops, and events related to IT governance.

Who You Are: 

  • Diploma or Degree in Data Science, Computer Science or related field
  • Some knowledge in Administrative/Finance
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A great team player.

About Governance, Assurance, & Planning (GAP): 

GAP aims to close the knowledge gap and make all relevant data easier to access across the Group ICT Department so that we can align on a "single source of truth". The unit will centrally manage: 

  • Governance and SOPs, 
  • Risk management, 
  • Audit monitoring and closures, 
  • Cybersecurity coordination, 
  • Financial administration and planning, and 
  • Strategy planning 

GAP will monitor, maintain and enforce policies and will also liaise with other Group ICT departments for related deliverables and submissions.

GAP will identify, organize, review and maintain where applicable, all data related to projects, assets and systems under care, contracts and financials.
