Job Description:

  • To lead and manage the Secondary production (Panel Manufacturing) with multi-discipline direct reports towards achieving company's objectives and targets
  • Critically review and monitor operating results and to specifically update and recommend to Management on issues affecting Quality and Profitability
  • Plan, organize and lead the factory team to achieve the agreed objectives (safety, environment, quality, cost and services); proactive drive focused improvement
  • Follow all factory safety regulations accordingly and ensure that staffs are trained to abide by these safety requirements. Maintain and improve housekeeping in all times
  • Instill amongst all employees Company's Vision, Mission, Culture and Quality objectives
  • Align team to plan such as Daily Output, Line of balance, WIP, inventory, priority list and material tracking
  • Secondary section Production planning execution as Master Production Plan
  • Monitor overall quality and input & output of Secondary section to ensure products to meet customer requirement
  • Constantly look into improving of productivity and efficiency, reducing rejects, waste and downtime
  • To review and report productivity, quality and yield for each sub processes of Secondary production
  • To manage and monitor operator performance and disciplinary issues such as absenteeism, tardiness issues etc
  • Responsible for production inventory
  • To assist Production Manager to create Master Quality Plan
  • Employee engagement to generate ideas toward continuous improvement
  • To implementation of ISO Standards
  • To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company

Requirements:
- Min Degree in Management or relevant manufacturing working experience.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in Managerial level.
- Understand the need for Safety in all aspects of work.
- Understand, Support and compliance to the ISO Standards.
- Understand, Support of and compliance to the principles of Kaizen, Continuous Improvement and LEAN Management
