Title: E-commerce Merchandiser (Tech & Electronics)

Location: Jalan Gelenggang, Bukit Damansara, KL

Key Responsibilities:

Product Merchandising

  • Manage and improve how products appear on the website
  • Select which products are featured on banners, home pages, and sale sections
  • Ensure product descriptions are accurate and properly translated
  • Regularly check and correct product content

Pricing & Promotions

  • Set up and check discounts, vouchers, and promotional pricing
  • Plan and manage the promotional calendar
  • Handle full campaign execution (from planning to performance tracking)
  • Work with Sales, CRM, Design, and Traffic teams for campaign launches
  • Analyze promotion performance and competitor prices

Website Experience & Optimization

  • Review site performance and user experience regularly
  • Identify improvements to increase conversion rates
  • Test new site features
  • Use data like heat maps and sales reports to improve product placement and performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
  • Good understanding of online retail and product content
  • Strong writing and campaign messaging skills
  • Magento (preferred)
  • Adobe Analytics
  • Promotion planning tools
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with regional or multi-country e-commerce platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO, onsite search, personalization, and A/B testing

Experience using tools like:

  • Magento
  • Adobe Analytics
  • Dynamic Yield

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
