Role Overview:

The
Senior Export Executive
will play an important role in driving the company's international sales growth by managing export operations, developing new overseas markets, and maintaining strong relationships with international distributors and partners. This position is crucial in ensuring smooth export activities and compliance with global trade regulations, while aligning with the organization's strategic expansion objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new export markets and distributors in assigned regions to expand global sales footprint.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing overseas clients and distributors to ensure consistent sales performance and brand presence.
  • Coordinate and manage the full export process including order processing, documentation, logistics arrangement, shipping coordination, and ensuring compliance with international trade and food regulations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer demand to recommend market entry strategies, pricing adjustments, and product positioning for different regions.
  • Prepare and analyze export sales reports to track performance, margins, and growth opportunities, presenting insights and recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of export orders.
  • Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business matching events to promote company products and explore potential partnerships.
  • Assist in reviewing export contracts and agreements to ensure commercial and legal compliance.
  • Ensure accurate labelling, product registration, and adherence to import/export requirements in each destination country.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve shipment issues, and provide after-sales support to maintain client satisfaction and long-term business relations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales or international business, preferably within FMCG or food manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, shipping procedures, and customs regulations.
  • Proven track record in developing new export markets and achieving sales targets across multiple regions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with cross-cultural awareness.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel overseas as required.
