What you'll be doing?
  • Set Sales Goals: Establish individual sales goals and territories to drive revenue.
  • Meet Targets: Ensure company quotas and sales targets are met through strategic planning and execution.
  • Budget Preparation: Prepare annual budgets and projections, managing expenditure costs effectively.
  • Forecast Sales: Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts to guide business decisions.
  • Monitor Performance: Track KPIs, success rates, and customer satisfaction to continuously improve sales strategies.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experience Required: At least 1 year working experience in the medical field, specifically in critical care.
  • Education Level: Degree/Diploma in Medicine or a relevant qualification.
  • Travel Needed: Willingness to travel around the Klang Valley area.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Malay is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
