Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Business Partner located in Subang Jaya. The Human Resource Business Partner will manage HR-related activities, guide employees on employment policies, address employee relations matters, oversee compliance with labor and employment laws, and lead performance management initiatives. The role will require collaboration with leadership to develop strategies that support organizational goals and maintain a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR functions including HR Policies and overall Human Resources (HR) management
  • Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and addressing workplace issues constructively
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Skills in implementing and overseeing Performance Management programs
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar HR role; experience in the business process management industry is advantageous
