Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner at our office in Ara Damansara. The selected candidate will oversee HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The role includes improving performance management practices, advising leadership on workforce strategies, and driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement. Additionally, the Human Resources Business Partner will provide counsel on HR best practices to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HR Policies and general Human Resources practices
  • Experience in managing Employee Relations and providing workplace dispute resolution
  • Understanding of Labor and Employment Law regulations to ensure compliance
  • Proficiency in implementing and monitoring Performance Management systems
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus
  • Experience in consulting or supporting diverse teams is an advantage
