The Colgate Management Trainee Program (MTP) is an 18-24 months development program designed for high potential young graduates, equipping you with the core competencies and leadership skills needed for you to chart your way to an exciting career with us.

Throughout the Customer Service & Logistics Management Trainee Program, you will be gaining commercial experience within the Customer Service & Logistics functions in which you will get exposed to the vibrancy of a complex and competitive business environment, be challenged intellectually and be encouraged to find innovative solutions to challenges.

Are you the one we're looking for?

  • Degree holder with minimum CGPA 3.2 or equivalent in Business Analytics / Logistics / International Business / Commerce / Business Administration

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English

  • Strong leadership & co-curricular track record

  • Eager & driven to learn 

  • Fresh graduate or those with 1 year working experience are welcome to apply 

  • Able to start in February 2021
