The Role Objective

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly mortgage sales targets, onboard affluent clients, and cross-sell home insurance loans, which are MRTA (Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance) and MRTT (Mortgage Reducing Term Takaful).
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through alliance tie-ups such as real estate agents, mortgage brokers, developers & lawyers.
  • Conduct financial needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mortgage products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and developers.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and regulatory changes in the mortgage industry.
  • Adhere to bank policies and procedures related to mortgage sales and lending.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of banking experience (Banca, Insurance, Mortgage, Personal Banker).
  • Communication & Negotiation skills - Strong selling, negotiation skills, and client relationship skills.
  • Willing to sell other unsecured banking products.
