  • Project Planning & Monitoring: Update and manage schedules of assigned projects with accurate data for manager to compile. To attend site meeting with consultants, sub-contractors, and site co-workers to ensure work completion within target and report to Project Manager. Monitor the inventory list to ensure the materials are suffice to complete the project.
  • Resource Management: To lead and motivate teams from all departments involved in a project to meet delivery timeline, optimize cost efficiency and meet customer specifications. Manage all change orders or deviations expected/ unexpected.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and delays. This includes conducting risk assessments and implementing contingency plans. Able to coordinate with internal & external party to solve technical/site issues.
  • Communication: Feedback on workflow issues to manager in order to enhance efficiency and productivity. Provide improvement reports to compile and review. Handling and monitor site progress and in order to meet the timeliness. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitoring project activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. This may involve conducting inspections, tests, and audits to verify compliance with requirements. Ensure compliance of daily project operations to Quality Management System Procedures. Executing project operations and usage of equipment's for the project process.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate project documentation, including technical drawings, reports, change orders, correspondence, joint measurement and claim project. This is essential for tracking project progress, documenting decisions, and ensuring accountability.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Electrical or equivalent to demonstrate a strong foundation in engineering knowledge.
  • 2 to 3 years' experience in construction field as Electrical Engineer or fresh grad from related field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project and MS Excel
  • Familiarity in AutoCAD or similar software is a plus.
  • Possess own transport
  • Site experience will be advantages
