As our business continues to expand, we're inviting passionate and driven individuals to join our highly experienced team at our Head Office in Bandar Puteri, Puchong, Selangor.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Engineer who is energetic, persuasive, and passionate about promoting IBS and precast solutions for both Government and Private sector projects.


What You'll Be Doing


•       Explore and develop new business opportunities in the precast industry, covering both Government and Private sectors.


•       Identify and build strong relationships with Architects, C&S Engineers, Clients, Contractors, and Government Agencies to generate new business opportunities.


•       Maintain, service, and support existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.


•       Compile and report market information, sales prospects and business opportunities to the Marketing Manager.


•       Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tenders and loose sales with support from the Technical & Pre-Contract Team.


•       Negotiate and conclude sales and contract agreements with clients.


•       Handle customer enquiries, conduct client visits, and perform follow-ups.


•       Assist in credit control and payment collection.


•       Maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.


•       Achieve assigned sales targets within the given timeframe.


What We're Looking For


•       Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.


•       Minimum 2 years working experience as a Technical Sales / Marketing Engineer / Project Engineer in the construction industry.


•       Strong leadership qualities, good communication and interpersonal skills.


•       Ability to build and maintain good relationships with both Government and Private sector clients.


•       Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.


•       Computer literate, self-motivated, resourceful, and willing to travel, with a high passion for detail


•       Possess own transport.


•       Experience in Precast Construction Works will be an added advantage.
