Your Role & Responsibilities

Customer Service & Experience

  • Deliver a welcoming and energetic guest experience by providing fast, friendly, and accurate service.
  • Interact confidently with customers to take orders, understand their preferences, and suggest suitable menu options.
  • Respond to customer questions or feedback with a positive, courteous, and professional attitude.
  • Maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting dining environment at all times.

Operations & Food Preparation

  • Train across all kitchen and service stations, including prep, grilling, and plating, to ensure every item meets myBurgerLab's quality and presentation standards.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) consistently to deliver reliable and high-quality products.
  • Use operational tools such as checklists, timers, and thermometers to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and food safety.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene, sanitation, and safety requirements.
  • Report any safety concerns, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance issues promptly to your supervisor.

Who We're Looking For

  • Comfortable communicating in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin or Tamil is a plus.
  • Open to Malaysian citizens, including fresh graduates and SPM leavers.
  • No prior experience required, just a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to think and act quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cheerful, upbeat, and a collaborative team player.
  • Flexible and willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
