Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts, general ledger, accounts receivable and payable.
  • Handle monthly account settlement, consolidation and closing.
  • Responsible for day to day operation of accounting and finance.
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and other related documents, as requested.
  • Responsible for on time collection and payments for debtors and creditors.
  • Responsible for accounting data entries (Auto Count software)
  • Responsible for compiling and filing of accounting documents.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, bankers and Company Secretary.

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Good knowledge of local financial policies, eg tax, bank, import and export.
  • Possess good negotiation and communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to handle stress and cope with timeline.
  • Strong sense of teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Cheerful personality and customer oriented with pleasant personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
