Job Scope & Responsibilities:

1. Quality Control & Inspection

  • Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
  • Ensure all products/services meet quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
  • Identify defects, non-conformities, and quality issues.

2. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain QA documents: inspection reports, NCR (Non-Conformance Reports), CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).
  • Update quality records, checklists, SOPs, and forms.
  • Track and report quality performance to management.

3. Process & Quality System Management

  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures and SOP compliance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.
  • Participate in internal quality audits and ensure standards are followed.

4. Supplier & Material Quality

  • Conduct supplier evaluations and monitor supplier performance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on product quality issues, defects, and corrective actions.
  • Verify material quality according to specifications before use.

5. Customer Quality Support

  • Investigate customer complaints and identify root causes.
  • Provide corrective and preventive action plans to resolve issues.
  • Communicate with customers regarding quality matters when necessary.

6. Compliance & Standard Implementation

  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) or industry-specific certifications.
  • Maintain quality manuals, procedures, and audit documentation.
  • Support external audits by certification bodies or customers.

7. Training & Coordination

  • Provide basic quality training to staff on SOPs, standards, and quality awareness.
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, procurement, and other departments to resolve quality problems.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of QC tools (5 Why, Fishbone, PDCA, etc.).
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation ability.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and QA software/tools.
