About the role

MCC20 DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION (M) SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Site Supervising Engineer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur/Selangor Area. As a Site Supervising Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction of our latest projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained throughout.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and coordinating the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required specifications
  • Monitoring and inspecting construction activities to identify and resolve any issues or non-conformities
  • Ensuring all construction works adhere to relevant building codes, safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborating with project managers, architects and other stakeholders to address challenges and find solutions
  • Preparing detailed reports on project progress, quality control and safety compliance
  • Providing guidance and support to engineers, site personnel
  • Adhoc task arrange by Site Manager.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervising Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and other technical documents
  • Proficient in using construction management software and tools
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Perferbly a Chinese-speaking candidate to deal with the client.
