Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling commercial kitchen equipment to businesses such as restaurants, hotels, cafes, and catering companies. The role requires strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for kitchen equipment sales.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts in line with customer requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper installation and after-sales service.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in kitchen equipment, F&B, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical specifications of kitchen equipment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
