Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Take accurate and detailed meeting minutes, distribute them promptly, and follow up on action items.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist with project coordination, follow-ups, and tracking of deadlines.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (digital & physical).
  • Provide personal support when necessary, including errands and ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese (Mandarin).
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital tools.
  • Strong note-taking and writing skills for meeting minutes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,800.00 per month
