Key Responsibilities

Operations

  • Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update operational documents, reports, SOPs, and records.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties (vendors, service providers, stakeholders) to ensure smooth execution of operations.
  • Support budgeting, procurement, invoicing, and administrative processes related to operations.
  • Identify operational issues and propose practical solutions for improvement.

Development

  • Support initiatives to increase student enrolment, including outreach, promotional, and engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with marketing, academic, and admissions teams to implement student recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in organising open days, briefings, roadshows, school visits, and education fairs to attract new students.
  • Liaise with prospective students, parents, and external partners to provide programme information and follow up on enquiries.
  • Maintain and update records of prospective students, enquiries, and conversion status.
  • Monitor and prepare basic reports on recruitment activities, enrolment numbers, and effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas to improve student acquisition strategies and enhance the institution's visibility and competitiveness.

Coordination & Support

  • Support management in project coordination, meetings, and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare presentations, progress updates, and management reports.
  • Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met for operational and development initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
