About the Role
Wisuno is expanding and hiring a Community Sales Specialist to support and grow our markets in Thailand, Vietnam, and China. This position combines customer support (≈30%) and community engagement (≈70%), acting as the primary voice of Wisuno across live chat, email, and social channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer & AI Support (30%)
- Work with Compliance, Operations, and IT teams to escalate and resolve technical or account-related issues
- Handle escalated inquiries via live chat, email, and community platforms.
- Train and refine Wisuno's AI support tools.
- Support clients with account, funding, MT4/MT5, and promotions.
- Maintain accurate and consistent communication across all channels.
2. Community Engagement (70%)
- Build and manage Wisuno communities (Telegram, Facebook, Discord, X).
- Create engagement: discussions, polls, AMAs, educational content.
- Promote campaigns, features, and regional promotions.
- Deliver marketing output to the community — posts, banners, feature updates, and event announcements.
- Monitor sentiment, engagement metrics, and community growth.
- Moderate discussions to ensure a professional environment.
3. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Liaise between marketing, support, and product teams.
- Contribute to FAQs, scripts, and promotional content.
- Participate in product and feature training.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Fluent English AND at least ONE of the following: Thai, Vietnamese, or Mandarin.
- 2+ years in customer support, community management, or social media (fintech/crypto/forex preferred).
- Basic understanding of forex and MT4/MT5.
- Experience with community platforms (Telegram, FB Groups, Discord).
- Experience with CRM/support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, LiveChat).
- Strong communication skills and professionalism.
- Fast learner, adaptive, able to multitask.
