, working closely with families, schools, learning centres, and strategic partners.

We are seeking a 
Regional
Sales & Marketing Manager (Malaysia-based)
 to grow our student enrolments and partnership network in the Malaysian market.

Job Description

As the 
Regional
Sales & Marketing Manager
, you will lead our growth efforts in Malaysia by promoting our online courses, holiday camps, and UK education services. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution: building relationships with schools and agents, managing digital marketing, and driving student recruitment.

You will work closely with the UK headquarters to communicate our brand values, strengthen our market presence, and deliver excellent experiences for families and partners.

This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to shape our expansion in Southeast Asia—ideal for someone entrepreneurial, results-driven, and passionate about education.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Drive student enrolment for KidPebble online courses and Ritz Education holiday camps, UK consultancy and guardianship business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Malaysian schools, learning centres, and education agents.
  • Identify and approach new partners, presenting our services through meetings, pitches, and webinars.
  • Work with UK team to tailor proposals to schools' needs (e.g., customised holiday camps, bulk course packages).
  • Manage the full sales pipeline: lead generation → follow-up → proposal → closing.

2. Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Develop and implement marketing plans tailored to the Malaysian market.
  • Manage digital channels (social media, email campaigns).
  • Create engaging content for social media, brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Support online/offline promotional campaigns for key terms and holiday seasons.
  • Work with designers or freelancers when needed to produce marketing assets.
  • Ensure that all messaging and visuals reflect our brand identity and UK education standards.

3. Partnership & Customer Relations

  • Act as the main point of contact for partner schools, learning centres, and parent groups.
  • Conduct info sessions, webinars, and taster classes for parents and students.
  • Provide support to parents exploring UK education pathways with Ritz Education.
  • Maintain strong communication with agents and monitor their performance.
  • Represent the brand at local education fairs or school events (when applicable).
  • Work with UK team to provide students and parents with the best experience.

4. Data, Reporting, & Product Development

  • Keep accurate records of leads, partnerships, and student enrolments.
  • Use data to adjust marketing efforts and refine strategy per market needs.
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Share education market insights. Work closely with our UK course development team, collate parents and students feedback to help shape our educational product strategy and support the continuous improvement of our offerings (e.g. online course and holiday camp)

Requirements

Essential

  • Proven experience in 
    sales, business development, or marketing
    .
  • Experience in education, edtech, tutoring, or international school.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable speaking with school leaders and parents.
  • Good understanding of social media marketing and basic digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; confidence communicating professionally.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to accuracy and results.
  • Positive, approachable, and professional personality.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with UK education pathways (optional but helpful).
  • Ability to speak Malay, Mandarin, or Cantonese (an advantage for engaging parents).
