Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day sales and operations functions to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage the full sales process, including handling RFQs, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating fulfillment and after-sales support.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company's sales and rental targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service, proactive follow-up, and reliable solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and understanding customer needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams — including Operations, Logistics, and Workshop — to ensure equipment readiness and timely deliveries.
  • Monitor debtor accounts and follow up on payments to ensure healthy cash flow.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management for review.
  • Ensure all sales activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial equipment or machinery, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading a team toward success.
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written); ability to communicate in Malay and/or Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
