Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This role blends creativity and performance. You'll take ownership of The Flow Studio's social media content, email visuals, digital ads, and campaign assets — from concept to execution. If you're someone who lives on Canva and CapCut, knows what's trending on TikTok before the rest of us, and can turn a Reel into a conversion funnel — we want to talk to you. You'll thrive in this role if you're both creative and analytical — someone who loves storytelling but is equally obsessed with metrics and performance.
Social Media
Develop monthly content calendars and ensure all content aligns with Flow's brand voice and aesthetic.
- Conceptualise and create content (including reels, carousels, and stories) that drive engagement, shares, and saves.
- Monitor analytics and engagement data to inform content strategy and posting frequency.
- Collaborate with instructors and studio teams to capture authentic, on-brand UGC content.
2. Email Marketing (EDMs) & CRM
- Plan, design, and schedule all EDMs in advance (≥5 days before launch).
- Manage segmentation, automations, and campaign delivery via CRM system
to maximise engagement and conversion. - Write engaging, brand-aligned copy and coordinate with design for visuals.
- Report on open rates, CTR, and conversions — implementing A/B testing to improve metrics month-over-month.
3. KOLs & Partnerships
- Identify, liaise with, and manage influencers and brand partners aligned with Flow's brand values.
- Oversee deliverables, usage rights, and content timelines.
- Track campaign results and report on reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Pitch creative collaborations and partnerships to expand brand visibility.
4. Content Creation & Design
- Design digital assets for web, email, and social campaigns (banners, landing page visuals, IGP etc.).
- Collaborate with the website team to keep pages fresh, on-brand, and optimised for conversion.
- Ensure every design communicates premium simplicity and strong brand presence.
5. Paid Advertising
- Manage paid ads directly across Meta, Google, and other platforms — including setup, optimisation, budgeting, and reporting.
- Track key metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPL, conversion rate) and continuously test creatives for better performance.
- Prepare post-campaign recaps and ROI analysis for all major initiatives.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Deliver monthly reports with clear insights, growth trends, and recommendations.
- Monitor competitor performance and identify creative opportunities for Flow to lead the conversation.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years in content creation, social media or digital marketing
- Strong portfolio of design or video work (even if personal projects)
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Illustrator or equivalent
- Comfortable with Instagram Reels, TikTok trends and social storytelling
- Excellent written English and understanding of tone, voice and brand
