About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced
Senior Motion Graphic Designer
to join our Performance Marketing team. In this role, you will create visually compelling designs that drive results across digital marketing campaigns. From ads and landing pages to email templates and social media assets, your work will play a key role in achieving our marketing objectives. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure designs are optimized for conversion, aligned with brand guidelines, and tailored to our target audience.

Your Mission:

  • Create visually compelling designs for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, website banners, and product packaging.
  • Deliverables may include static and motion graphics, short-form videos, interactive social content and packaging layouts.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with the brand's visual identity and campaign goals.
  • Produce high-quality design work that meets project briefs and technical specifications.
  • Manage multiple design projects concurrently while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Stay current with design trends and emerging creative tools, including AI-driven design solutions, to continuously elevate the visual output.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of graphic/motion design experience, preferably in performance marketing or digital ads.
  • Tool mastery: 3D Skilled in using tools such as 3Ds Max, Maya, Houdini, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Aftereffects, premiere pro ).
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design tools such as Figma.
  • Experience with CGI software (e.g., AI Generative) is a plus.
  • Skilled in designing landing pages, ads, email templates, and social media assets.
  • VFX style expertise: Familiarity with common game VFX styles, such as energy bursts, character abilities, and environmental effects.
  • Performance optimization: Understanding of VFX performance optimization techniques across platforms.
  • Artistic eye: Strong aesthetic sense and ability to manage color, lighting, timing, and motion rhythm.
  • Technical Know-how: Familiarity with next-generation character production, PBR processes, and strong character modeling and sculpting skills.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin to facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
