**Role Overview**:
As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging animations and graphics to enhance various multimedia projects. Your role involves blending creativity with technical skills to produce compelling visual content for a range of platforms and purposes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Motion Graphic Design**:Conceptualize and create motion graphics for videos, presentations, and other multimedia projects.
Design visually appealing and dynamic animations that enhance storytelling.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including video editors, graphic designers, and content creators, to bring creative concepts to life.
Interpret project briefs and collaborate on the overall design and visual direction.

**Storyboarding**:Develop storyboards and visual concepts to communicate design ideas.
Ensure alignment with project objectives and client expectations.

**Software Proficiency**:Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools for motion graphic design.
Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to enhance creativity.

**Project Management**:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Collaborate with project managers to meet project deadlines and milestones.

**Feedback and Revisions**:Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make revisions as necessary.
Maintain open communication channels to address feedback effectively.

**Quality Assurance**:Ensure the quality and consistency of motion graphics across various platforms.
Conduct quality checks to guarantee a polished final product.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually impactful motion graphic work.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: Up to RM6,500.00 per month
