We're Hiring: Motion Graphic Designer

(Full-Time, Onsite)

Work Mode: Onsite

Working Hours: 9 AM – 7 PM

Location: YouCity 3, Kuala Lumpur (5-min walk from Taman Suntex MRT)

Salary: RM 4,000 – RM 6,000

What You'll Be Doing
  • Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for videos, ads, explainers, and brand campaigns.
  • Handle entire project flow — concept → storyboard → animation → final delivery.
  • Build impactful storytelling through timing, pacing, rhythm, sound, and transitions.
  • Work closely with creative directors, editors, and designers to align vision and output.
  • Contribute creative ideas to elevate brand identity and visual storytelling.
  • Add sound effects, motion accents, and cinematic touches to enhance emotion.

What You Must Have
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects — essential.
  • Strong storytelling mindset — your motion carries emotion, not just movement.
  • A portfolio showing full projects you handled independently from start to finish.
  • Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, flow, rhythm, and visual narrative.
  • Strong design fundamentals (composition, layout, typography).
  • Ability to deliver polished work consistently and meet deadlines.

Bonus Advantages
  • Experience with Premiere Pro, Blender, Cinema 4D, or advanced compositing.
  • Skills in kinetic typography, character animation, or brand story videos.
  • Experience creating high-impact motion for ads, campaigns, or YouTube.
