The Motion Graphics Designer will be responsible for the development and visualization of creative concepts, graphic layouts, as well as technical execution of motion graphics and animation for our marketing campaigns, corporate presentations, websites, mobile apps, and etc.

**Responsibilities**

**Creative**
- Collaborate with the Creative team and digital marketing team to articulate and execute ad designs.
- Design, conceptualize and produce mood boards, storyboards, animation sketches, sample animatics, including music and voiceover.
- Create new, as well as repurpose visual content for digital marketing ad campaigns.
- Design and produce final motion graphics involving typography, photography, live video and/or 3D animation in various media including web, mobile etc.
- Edit raw video footage and enhance production.
- Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines and design standards.
- Contribute to organizational learnings and process improvement.
- Research new design ideas, stay on top of new channels and digital social trends.
- Continuously push the creative boundaries and love to test new ad formats with a focus on performance.

**Project Management**
- Able to manage small sized projects or campaigns independently.
- Collate questions and converse ideas/solutions to clients.
- Ensure appropriate documentation is used and/or obtained.
- Monitor to meet schedules and timelines.
- Quality Assurance testing to ensure deliverable adheres to standards and meets user requirements.

**In the Team**
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and Art Director.
- Need to work closely with a Project Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field.
- At least 3 years in professional graphic design, preferably from a creative or marketing agency.
- Keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Experience using software such as Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience as a Motion Graphics Designer as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects.

**Salary**: RM4,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic Design: 3 years (required)
