Job Summary:
The IT Support cum Network Administrator will oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN ad firewalls to ensure high security and performance.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to internal staff and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems.
- Respond to service requests via email, phone or in-person and resolve issues efficiently.
- Install, configure and maintain hardware, software and operating systems.
- Maintain an up-to-date IT asset inventory and track equipment usage.
- Conduct IT training sessions for employees on security policies, software use and compliance requirements.
- Provide remote support for off-site or traveling employees.
- Oversee Office 365 administration including email security, access controls and manage user accounts, permissions and group policies.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures aligned with PCI DSS, ISO9001 and PDPA.
- Conduct periodic IT security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer audit requirements.
- Work closely with HR and Security departments to enforce the Clean Desk Policy and protect data confidentiality.
- Provide technical documentation and reports for audit related to IT security, system access and network controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years in IT support or network administration roles.
- Experience with firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems and endpoint security solutions.
- Hands-on experience with network hardware likes Cisco, Watchguard.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, PCI DSS and data protection regulations (PDPA) to prepare technical documentation for audit purposes and IT security policies.
- Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Proficiency in network management tools and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., Cisco, Watchguard)
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Microsoft 365.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
- May require occasional work outside regular office hours to address critical issues.
Must be on-call for emergency support and system failures.
Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of Dz card.
