What you'll be doing?
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Problem Solving: Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, providing satisfactory solutions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions to ensure consistency and follow-up.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with internal teams to provide effective solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Order Processing: Efficiently process orders, applications, and customer requests to meet customer needs.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution and satisfaction, building long-term relationships.
  • Team Support: Assist the sales team and perform general administrative tasks as needed, contributing to overall team success.
Who are they looking for?
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin is essential, as most customers are Mandarin-speaking. Basic command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is also required to ensure effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Communication Abilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Tech Savvy: Basic computer literacy is necessary to navigate customer service systems and tools efficiently.
  • Adaptability: A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment is key to success in this role.
  • Educational Background: Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply for the junior position.
