High-level work scope of this job

Overseeing and coordinating all delivery orders

● Optimising routing, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of the Company's fleet (drivers and riders)

● Managing (including onboarding) the Company's fleet (drivers and riders)

● Provide support to Customer Success team to resolve operational issues

● Be a company liaison to the Company's clients/stakeholders

● General administrative work

● Any other matters, as and when required, by the Company's management
