1. TALENT ACQUISITION
- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from initial candidate assessment to conducting interviews and offer management.
- Identify and source for appropriate talent for current open roles
- Constantly engage candidates and ensure a pleasant candidate experience
- Source candidates for vacancies using various mediums and channels
- Prepare for the offer letter and renewal contract
2. TALENT ENGAGEMENT
- Prepare employees for their role in the organization by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
3. RECORDS KEEPING
- Managing all HR records and ensuring all personal files are updated
- Key-in staff's detail information in HR System and update staff's status
- Maintain a good records keeping
- Handling for expatriate management and teaching permits end to end process.
4. PAYROLL AND CONTRIBUTION
- To assist about compensation and benefits, to manage rewards and engagement program.
- Processes an organisation's payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
- Creates and maintains employees' payroll records. Calculations wages and applicable deductions based on employee attendance, timesheet records and any instructions letter/memo.
- Adhoc task from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Independent, have own initiative
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
