JOB VACANCY

POSITION : SERVICE ADVISOR

LOCATION: KAPAR, KLANG

SALARY : RM

  • Greet and welcome customers, providing exceptional customer service
  • Effectively communicate with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and repair needs
  • Prepare detailed repair estimates and obtain customer approval for recommended services
  • Coordinate the workflow of the service department, ensuring timely and efficient completion of repairs
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and work orders
  • Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle repairs and address any concerns
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of parts as needed
  • Collaborate with the service team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems and the repair process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and address customer concerns
  • Proficient in using automotive service management software and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
