Job Overview

We are hiring Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executives to support a leading e-hailing platform in Malaysia. This role involves handling customer inquiries, trip issues, driver/rider support, and providing timely resolution through multiple channels.

Requirements

  • Local Malaysian who can Speak, Read & Write Traditional Mandarin
  • SPM/Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Ability to work on a 24/7 rotational shift (including weekends/public holidays)
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills
  • Basic computer literacy
