What are you going to do?

As International Market Manager, you take full ownership of business development across two essential channels: identifying and onboarding international clients seeking market entry services, and developing relationships with importers, distributors, and retailers across key markets. You drive growth through strategic prospecting, relationship management, and market intelligence.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and onboard new clients including producers and brand owners requiring market entry and compliance services
• Research and qualify potential market partners such as importers, distributors, and retailers across target regions
• Initiate outreach, arrange meetings, and manage negotiations between clients and market partners
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients regarding market progress and service delivery
• Prepare proposals, market reports, presentations, and compliance documentation
• Track competitive landscape and provide insights on market opportunities and partner performance
• Coordinate international travel, trade shows, and client delegations
• Maintain accurate databases of prospects, partners, and clients

Job requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of business development, sales, or international trade experience
• Proven track record in client acquisition and partner relationship management
• Strong understanding of international market dynamics and supply chain operations
• Experience with CRM systems and database management
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin, Arabic, or European languages advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to prepare proposals, reports, and business presentations
