Job Description:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute our overall marketing strategy within the hospitality sector. The role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong leadership. You will manage a marketing team and work closely with operations and sales teams to attract new guests, strengthen the brand presence, and drive occupancy and revenue growth across all channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy (digital, social media, partnerships, and offline campaigns) to increase visibility and bookings.
- Oversee brand positioning and identity, ensuring consistency across all materials, channels, and guest touchpoints.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team (designer, brand manager, SEO/analyst) to ensure creative and performance excellence.
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotional offers, and brand collaborations.
- Supervise website content, SEO, and online reputation management on platforms such as Google, TripAdvisor, and OTA listings.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics (traffic, conversion rate, ROI, engagement) to evaluate effectiveness and optimize results.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and cost control.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, media, and tourism boards.
- Stay updated on hospitality trends, competitors, and guest preferences to continuously improve marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 5–7 years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role, ideally within hospitality, tourism, or F&B.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that increase occupancy, sales, or brand awareness.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, CRM, email campaigns) and traditional marketing.
- Experience managing teams and cross-department collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage).
- Strong leadership, creativity, and analytical thinking.
- Proficient with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality environment.
