We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Clinic Assistant to join our team at KAWSA CLINIC GROUP SDN BHD' in Bandar Dato'Onn Johor. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our busy healthcare facility. What you'll be doing

  1. Welcoming and registering patients, and scheduling appointments
  2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
  3. Assisting healthcare professionals with various administrative tasks
  4. Ensuring the clinic environment is clean, organised and well-stocked
  5. Providing a high level of customer service to all patients
  6. Performing other general administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

  1. Strong organisational and time management skills
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  3. Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office
  4. A friendly, professional and customer-service oriented approach
  5. Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative setting is preferred
  6. Certification or qualifications in medical/healthcare administration would be an advantage
