About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales / Invoicing Clerk to join our team at MTV DISPLAY SDN BHD'. This is a full-time position based in the vibrant location of Port Klang, Selangor. As a crucial member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for managing sales invoices and supporting our wider business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and processing sales invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  2. Liaising with customers to address any invoicing queries or discrepancies
  3. Maintaining detailed records of all sales transactions and documentation
  4. Assisting with inventory management and order fulfilment processes
  5. Supporting the Sales team with administrative tasks and other duties as required
  6. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Sales / Invoicing Clerk or in a similar administrative role
  2. Excellent numeracy and attention to detail skills
  3. Strong communication and customer service abilities
  4. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
  5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
  6. Good organisational and time management skills
